Before operation, check the insulation of the power cord, grounding protection, and the integrity of the protective cover. Conduct a no-load test to confirm the correct direction of the grinding disc before starting the machine for construction. Place the cables on a suspended position to avoid crushing and damage. During the construction process, continuous water supply is provided for cooling. If there is abnormal noise or the grinding disc jumps violently, stop the machine immediately for maintenance. Do not operate the equipment with faults. When replacing grinding discs, the power must be cut off and the switch locked. Daily maintenance: After each shift, clean the grinding disc and the machine body with water. Do not use water to rinse the motor and the electrical control box. Every shift, tighten the screws of the entire machine, adjust the tension of the transmission belt, and add lubricating grease to the wheel shaft and bearings. For new machines, replace the gear lubricating oil once every half a year. After that, replace the oil regularly every year. For idle equipment, clean and dry it before storing it in a dry warehouse, and take measures to prevent moisture to effectively extend the service life of the entire machine.
