The floor construction follows four procedures: coarse grinding, curing, fine grinding, and polishing. After the concrete of the floor reaches 75% of its strength, the machine is started for operation. The coarse grinding uses 50# diamond grinding blocks with water for grinding, removing ground debris, and leveling the floor. After drying the ground, a sealing curing agent is applied and left to cure. Subsequently, 300#, 500#, and 1000# fine grinding discs are replaced in sequence for step-by-step refinement, gradually eliminating scratches and revealing the stone texture. Finally, a resin polishing disc is combined with polishing agent for high-speed polishing to achieve a mirror-like effect. During operation, continuous water supply is maintained, and the moving speed is controlled at a uniform speed. The edge areas are supplemented with small handheld water grinding machines for grinding. This ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the entire floor.
